  • All 1-to-1 online sessions are conducted via secure platforms (e.g., Google Meet).

13. Online sessions and Google Meet

Tutoring and webinars may use third-party services such as Google Meet. Access may be provided through your MedPath-Wales dashboard. You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and software.

1-to-1 tutoring sessions are not routinely recorded by us. In exceptional circumstances where a recording is made for safeguarding or technical reasons, participants will be notified. • Individual Use Only: Digital resources are licensed strictly for personal, individual educational use by a single student or tutor.

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:

  • Where applicable, consumers have a statutory 14-day cancellation period beginning the day after purchasing a resource.

If you discover a security vulnerability, contact us directly at Support@MedPath-Wales.co.uk rather than exploiting or publicly disclosing it.

24. Third-party services and links

26. Academic and admissions disclaimer

We cannot guarantee examination grades, UCAT scores, interview performance, university offers, medical-school admission, successful applications, employment, or career outcomes.

Always check official information directly from the relevant examination board (e.g., WJEC), university, or admissions organisation.

27. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to this, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses, academic outcomes, admissions decisions, internet connectivity issues, third-party failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

28. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including for material breaches, fraud, security risks, repeated misuse, serious risk to other users, or legal requirements.

Immediate suspension may be necessary for serious security, safety, or legal concerns.

29. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, technology, or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on the Website with its updated date.

30. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. It forms part of the information governing your use of MedPath-Wales.

31. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain mandatory rights and protections provided by applicable law.
